Equipment Overview:

     The hydraulic pipe bending fatigue test bench is used for rotating bending test of aviation hydraulic pipe and connecting assembly, testing the life of hydraulic pipe and connecting assembly under pressure rated bending stress value。It is a horizontal completely closed structure, open-cover protective door, a total of six stations, by a servo motor at the same time to drive six hydraulic pipe high-speed rotation, and each hydraulic pipe by a bending device to make it produce a certain deflection。The whole equipment is composed of rotary drive unit, hydraulic unit, control unit and strain measurement system。
